The project
Block 2 of Vasavi Skycity stands over the ORR corridor at Gachibowli, one of the landmark commercial addresses on the city's western skyline — a building of medium-sized office spaces suited to co-working operators and SMEs. Tata Projects ran the project as PMC, Simha Associates designed it, and PRA Facades consulted on the envelope.
The facade comes to 22,000 Sqm of unitized glazing, 7,800 m of fins, 3,900 Sqm of ACP and semi-unitized glazing, 3,200 Sqm of stone cladding, and 1,200 Sqm of louvers and other miscellaneous items.
The unitized glazing went up in seven months.
