One Golden Mile was our first curved facade: unitized panels sweeping through 13 floors, under P G Patki Architects with Aspect FEC consulting and Landbase as PMC.
The wall runs to around 9,800 Sqm of unitized curtain wall — 650 Sqm of it curved Saint-Gobain DGU — with 1,000 Sqm of shopfront glazing, 3,000 Sqm of tile cladding, 700 Sqm of box louvers, 5 km of pointed-nose horizontal fins, more than 200 operable vents and 240 Sqm of glass railings.
The building holds to a dark theme — black cladding, dark glass — and its floors hold tier-1 retail and multiple Fortune 500 companies.
In 2024 it won the CREDAI Excellence Award for Best Design Project of the Year, with Sun Glazing as facade contractor of the winning building.
