The project
Tower C of SAS iTower rises 21 storeys, designed by Aedas — one of Singapore's leading architecture firms — with CBRE as PMC and Sahvia consulting on the facade. Unitized glazing wraps all five elevations, with fire-rated ACP to the walls, beams, soffits and terrace pergola, and aluminium coping to finish.
The scope runs to roughly 6,500 Sqm of unitized glazing, 5,000 Sqm of ACP, 900 Sqm of stick curtain wall, 1,900 Sqm of box louvers and 300 Sqm of miscellaneous items including coping and casement windows — designed not to a code table but to the tower's own wind-tunnel study.
