Vishwa Tech Park pairs RSA Arch Design's architecture with an envelope delivered end to end by Sun Glazing, under Aluvision Facade Solutions as facade consultant and Mantha Associates as PMC — and the wall was performance tested at Winwall across 12 different tests.
The scope: 18,000 Sqm of unitized curtain wall, 6,000 Sqm of groove-less perforated sheet, 6,000 m of 450 mm and 750 mm fins with curve bending, 3,000 Sqm of ceiling baffles, and sleek double-height glazing.
The fins are the innovation — extrusions combined with aluminium solid sheet to reach extra-large 450 mm and 750 mm sizes, curved at six locations over a curved mid-transom support. The 3 mm perforated sheet hangs on a laser-cut hook-on system: minimal grooves, and the highest demands on fabrication precision.
A grand entrance lobby carries Hunter Douglas baffles and Alusleek double-height glazing. The envelope runs a dry fire-stop system, and every coping and cladding panel is solid aluminium — no ACP anywhere.
