The project

Fairmount Midtown came to us in June 2026: a Kompally development that mixes high-street retail, office space and a home for a leading 5-star hotel chain, designed by Aslam Architects with Aspect FEC consulting on the facade and Mantha Associates as PMC.

The package is substantial — 14,000 Sqm of unitized facade, 9,000 m of bull-nose horizontal fins, 6,000 Sqm of ACP cladding, 2,000 Sqm of sleek glazing and 2,000 Sqm of miscellaneous items.

Threaded through all of it is one of the largest facade lighting packages in Hyderabad.
