The project
SLN Terminus was one of the largest buildings we delivered before 2020 — 1,90,000 sq ft over Kondapur, with P G Patki as architect, Landbase Consulting as PMC and FACET as facade consultant. Today its floors hold Marriott serviced apartments, offices and retail.
The facade is unitized glazing throughout, with a laminated-glass canopy to the south and ultra-long-span toughened-glass railings at the terrace. At the first non-retail floor, the wall steps up to extra-large panels of 2 m by 5 m.
