My Home 99 rises 54 floors over Neopolis — DP Architects as design architect, Aspect FEC consulting on the facade, and the tower's wind behaviour studied by RWDI. Facade works began in May 2026, and the numbers make it our largest project to date.
The scope runs to 8,000 m of seamless glass railing, flat and curved; 34,000 Sqm of honeycomb cladding; and 10,000 Sqm of further work — box louvers, sleek glazing, performance louvers and a glass link bridge. The structural design carries very high wind loads, driven by the tower's height and its position beside more than 20 km² of open lakes.
The cladding is 12 mm honeycomb panel, which makes this one of the largest honeycomb projects in India to date. Honeycomb is a premium material only recently gaining share in the Indian market, and it outperforms both ACP and aluminium solid sheet on most parameters. The curved fascia and railings, at radii around 1.3 m, sit at the very edge of what the Indian glass supply chain can produce.
At the base, the clubhouse carries sleek glazing on 8-metre spans behind a beautifully designed aerofoil-and-box aluminium screen.
