The project
Trendset Onyx at Gowlidoddi — Genesis Planners as architect, Aspect FEC as facade consultant, Proxim as PMC — reads through its staggered vertical face caps, which give the tower its distinctive rhythm.
Behind them sit roughly 5,300 Sqm of unitized curtain wall, 2,000 Sqm of conventional curtain wall across the lower levels, double-height entrance and rear elevations, 2,600 Sqm of box louvers and 3,100 Sqm of ACP — plus 457 m of glass railings, 1,900 m of vertical fins and over 200 operable vents. The asymmetric vertical box-louver elevation was worked out through architect–consultant–contractor design rounds, proven on a mock-up, and carried on dedicated terrace steel.
