In the Financial District, a semiconductor company's headquarters — designed by Vistaas Associates with Sriram Consultancy as PMC, and clad by Sun Glazing from top to bottom.
The envelope carries about 10,850 Sqm of unitized glazing, 6 km of aluminium fins in two profiles, 1,100 Sqm of zinc composite panels finished in natural patina, 430 Sqm of Nexion tile rainscreen and 1,800 Sqm of aluminium sheet cladding — including the entrance canopy and portal, with its integrated lighting and a hexagonal-grid feature — plus 110 operable vents and 60–100 MT of supporting steel.
The engineering set-piece is at the top: a double-height terrace built in unitized panels rising 7 metres above the last slab, on a step-in, step-out elevation developed entirely by Sun Glazing with over 150 tons of steel.
All of it was executed through the peak COVID lockdowns — with no escalations, absorbing all material and labour costs.
